The beauty of social dancing lies in the opportunities to have fun, make new friends and it's a great way to be more physically active. The benefits of dancing are seemingly endless and can be enjoyed by everyone. Dance can be a very fun and social activity that can be performed in a group, with a partner or on your own. Dance is mainly an aerobic activity which means that your heart, lungs and blood vessels all work together for you to undertake this activity. The physical exertion of dancing and the atmosphere of life dancing, creates one of the most effective stress releases available. Social dancing is the best way to relax, while also developing a new hobby. Dancing can make every dream and desire to come true.

Following our technique, you will be able to dance after your first lesson. Our programs consist of individual Private Lessons and weekly Group Lessons. On our Group Lessons you will learn step patterns and techniques to move comfortably on the dance floor with any partner.
